The hotel that we stayed at the first night was not great, also the dinner wasn’t good. It took me asking them three times before I received my vegetarian entree. The food on the way to the hotel was ok, but the lunch on the way to Fez was horrible! The food on the way to the desert and at the camp was great. I enjoyed visiting the Berber homes and garden sites. The camel ride and time in the desert was brief and enjoyable. It was three early mornings with a lot of travel time

We liked the scenery of the Atlas Mountains, and the first night at the family hostel with food, music, and dancing was pure delight. It was a fantastic experience. The only drawback was the relentless heat, which made the ride difficult without air conditioning in the minibus after 14 hours. I heartily recommend taking the trip, ideally in a different season.

Our 3 day desert experience from Fes to Marrakech was excellent. The Sahara experience in particular was a wish list experience and one we will never forget! Special thanks to Hachim, our driver, who accompanied us around Morocco for 3 days! His positive energy and his enthusiasm made the trip very enjoyable! I highly recommend this desert experience!

Hachem was the best tour guide ever! I couldn't recommend this trip enough - we were able to see so much of the beautiful country in a short amount of time. Our time in the desert was the highlight as we were able to really get a taste of the Sahara. We were given time to visit out-of-the-way views and local cuisines that we would have missed. Hachem was extremely wise and very funny and we had a great time with him. We have learned so much about the path and the history of the places we have seen. Thank you very much! 11/10

Professional guides. Amazing tent stay in the dessert. Unforgettable memories on the sand dunes and with camels. It would be a shame to leave Morocco without making this trip. Also, there are many offers to go to the desert, but this one is worth the money. It was amazing.

What an amazing experience! Our guide Hashim was amazing! As a history graduate, he could really provide details to go beyond just answering questions. The desert camp was amazing and the sunset camel tour was a must do list item. As an added touch, the travel company realized it was my wife's birthday and baked her a cake! I will never hesitate to use this company again!

We loved our visit. Mustapher, our driver, our tour guide, is great. He is quick, knowledgeable, detailed in all aspects and a good ecologist. We are a group of 3 friends + Patrick, whom we met on this tour, 4 in total. We had so much fun, great conversation, good information about Morocco, the country, different kind of cultures, family , etc. We see so much of this region, from Fes to Marrakech, different villages, towns, "cities" etc. He made different stops for us to experience the cities and stretches. It's a long drive, but lots of interesting and fantastic views. The Sahara desert is amazing, sunset, camel ride, Berber tent, dinner, campfire and dancing. The next morning we watch the sunrise, delicious breakfast, more camel riding, more sightseeing and learning from Mustapher, until the 2nd night in a beautiful hotel, we loved it . Great hot shower, delicious buffet dinner, great accommodation and delicious buffet breakfast in the morning. Highlight of our trip. Love love

I don't want to increase the length of the Tour (from 3 days to 4 days) except for the additional cost of the transfers: Specifically train from the port (Tangier) to the start of the official tour in Fes... And at the end of the 3-day tour, we will need to transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca (airport) so that we can catch our return flight to Australia. Can you advise: 1) What will be the additional cost of these transfers at the start and at the end of the 3-day tour? 2) Will the cost of the 3-day tour still be $471 per person? 3) What time we would need to be arriving in Tangier in order to meet that transfer and join the group tour from Fes?

    • Desertbrise TravelOperatorWritten September 2024

So for transfers we will book train for you from Tangier to Marrkech (taxi pick to the trains station+ train ticket) extra: 60€ Per person. Transfer from Fes to Casablanca (taxi and train ticket) 40€ per person.
