Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Hell's Gate National Park
This morning you'll drive north from Nairobi through scenic landscape to Hell's Gate National Park. Once there, you've got options depending on what appeals to you. Some people prefer a game drive in a safari vehicle, while others go for the more adventurous approach with a 7 kilometer bike ride through the park, then switch to a walking safari to see the gorge views up close.

Naivasha to Lake Nakuru
You'll head to Lake Nakuru Park, which is famous for the pink flamingoes lining the shore. After arriving mid-morning, there's a game drive on the way in, then you'll check in at the lodge for lunch. The afternoon brings another game drive followed by a walk along the shore where you might spot Black Rhinos, White Rhinos, and Rothschild Giraffes.

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara
The drive across the Great Rift Valley floor takes you to Masai Mara Game Reserve, which is home to the Big Five and lots of other wildlife. After lunch and some rest at the lodge, you'll head out for an afternoon game drive to search for those iconic animals across the rolling plains.

Masai Mara
You're spending the full day exploring Masai Mara's extensive grasslands. The reserve supports over 450 bird species (including 12 different cisticola species) and plenty of birds of prey, so there's serious birdwatching potential here along with wildlife viewing throughout the day.

After breakfast you'll depart Masai Mara and head back to Nairobi, stopping along the way for panoramic views of the Great Rift Valley. By afternoon you'll arrive in Nairobi and then transfer to your hotel or head to the airport for your flight home.
