Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
A driver will pick you up at the airport and take you directly to your hotel by private vehicle. You'll have the rest of the evening to yourself for rest and getting settled in after your journey.
- Day 2
Kathmandu
After breakfast, you'll sit down with your trekking leaders to go over tour details and finalize everything before heading out. From there, a guided tour takes you through Kathmandu's key cultural sites: the Monkey Temple, Durbar Square, Boudhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Temple. You'll return to your hotel by evening.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
You'll leave at 7:30am for a 7-hour drive to Pokhara, traveling along the Trisuli and Marsyangdi rivers with scenic views the whole way. Once you arrive, spend the evening checking out the lakeside area and getting comfortable in your new location.

Pokhara to Bans Kharka Trek
The drive from Pokhara takes you to Galeshwar, where your trek begins. From there, you'll trek uphill for 2-3 hours through ascending terrain to reach Bans Kharka where you'll stay overnight.

Bans Kharka to Nadi Village
This is a longer day as you trek from Bans Kharka to Nadi Village. The 5-6 hour trek winds through the foothills with changing landscapes. You'll arrive with time to rest before dinner.

Nadi Village to Mohare Danda
You'll continue trekking from Nadi Village to Mohare Danda, a challenging 5-6 hour day that gains significant altitude. By the end, you'll be at 3300m/10,826 feet, so the air gets noticeably thinner as you climb.

Mohare Danda to Ghorepani via Poon Hill
Trekking from Mohare Danda to Ghorepani involves passing through Poon Hill over 5-6 hours. The mountain views on this stretch are really something, and you'll see why it's a highlight of the route.

Landmarks/POIs Poon Hill - Day 8
Ghorepani to Ghandruk
You'll descend through thick forests of rhododendron and oak trees down to Ghandruk, a traditional Gurung village. The 5-6 hour trek offers great bird-watching along the way and more mountain views. By afternoon, you'll have time to walk around and explore the village itself.

Ghandruk to Pokhara
This morning's trek takes you down from Ghandruk through Kimchi and Seulibazzar, then past Birethanti. After finishing the trail, you'll get a ride back to Pokhara for the night.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
The drive from Pokhara back to Kathmandu takes up most of the day. Once you're back, you can choose to add more activities like a jungle safari in Chitwan, rafting, shopping around the Kathmandu valley, taking a scenic Everest flight, or mountain biking if you want to extend things.
