- TYTony· September 23rd, 2023Not value for money. We paid US$450 per person and the others in the group booked in Manaus for less than 1/3 price. Our itinerary was not an overnight camping trip but had to tag along because the rest of the group was sold on a jungle experience. Other items in our itinerary such visiting the tribe and seeing the alligators never happened. The aircon in the cabin wasn't effective during the day when it is hot. The food was the same every meal and tasted terrible. For what we pay we still had to pay BR10 per person for internet access. The guide Luga is extremely friendly and nice but knows very little about the history and geography of the Amazon. The hiking was basically a walk around the jungle undergrowth and a waste of time. Fishing for piranha was the only highlight that saved the day.Show more
