When my brother was sick and not able to join one tour the team has refunded the full money also. It was an awesome experience, food and very nice travel. Traveling to the North is not easy and important to have experienced driver. We were lucky that our driver was one of them. Our guide Mr Dan was so friendly and experienced! He told us a lot of the life of locals and the history of the spots. We've seen so many beautiful places. Local homestays were so hospitable and friendly. We felt almost like home.
