- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
You'll arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and handle your visa collection before your driver takes you to your hotel in District 1. The rest of the day is yours to relax and get settled after your travel.

- Day 2
Cu Chi Tunnels
An early pickup gets you on the bus for about 1.5 hours heading to Cu Chi Tunnels. You'll walk through the tunnel system and see where soldiers lived and worked, including kitchens, bedrooms, weapons factories, and hospitals. They'll have guerilla food available like cassava and tea, plus there's a shooting range if you want to try it. You'll be back at your hotel by 14:00/2:00 PM.

Mekong Delta
Head out early to My Tho on the Mekong River and board a sampan to cruise around four islands. At Unicorn Island you'll walk through country lanes, taste tropical fruits, and check out fruit plantations. Later, a hand-rowed sampan takes you through Thoi Son canal to see family businesses and a honey-bee farm. Lunch happens at a local restaurant, then in the afternoon you can either cycle around Tan Thach village or relax in a hammock. You'll return to Ho Chi Minh City by 17:30/5:30 PM.

- Day 4
Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi
You have free time in Ho Chi Minh City until your driver picks you up for the airport and your flight to Hanoi. Once you land, your driver will take you to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. The rest of the day is open for you to wander around this historic neighborhood on your own.

Landmarks/POIs Hanoi Old Quarter - Day 5
Ho Chi Minh City to Sapa
Check out and leave most of your luggage at the hotel, keeping only a hand bag. At 06:30 you'll board a sleeper bus to Sapa with stops along the way. Your local guide meets you around 12:30-13:00 and leads you through Sapa town, then you trek through rice, corn, and potato fields while learning about minority cultures. You'll see waterfalls and visit your guide's home where the family welcomes you. Help with dinner prep if you want by picking vegetables and cooking, then spend the evening with the family hearing stories about their life.

Sapa
Start early to watch your host's morning routine and have breakfast together. During the day you can choose between trekking to more villages through bamboo forests and terraces, or working in the fields with the family doing harvesting or planting. You'll get back to Sapa town by shuttle bus, check out the local market, then board the sleeper bus at 15:30 to return to Hanoi, arriving around 21:30/9:30 PM.

Landmarks/POIs Sapa Sapa Local Market - Day 7
Hoa Lu and Tam Coc
Your driver and guide pick you up around 08:00-08:30 for the trip to Hoa Lu and Tam Coc. After 1.5 hours on the bus with a break, you'll reach Hoa Lu, Vietnam's ancient capital from the 10th century. Visit temples of King Dinh and King Le to learn about history and architecture. Lunch is a buffet with local specialties including famous Ninh Binh goat meat. In the afternoon, row down the Ngo Dong River through three caves and see the 'Halong Bay on land' scenery with local farmers working. Then cycle through paddy fields and villages before heading back to your hotel by 18:30/6:30 PM.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
Check out and store luggage at your hotel, bringing only a hand bag. Your guide picks you up around 07:45-08:30 and you'll travel to Halong Bay with a break halfway there. You arrive at the harbor around 12:45 where the crew greets you with a welcome drink. After checking into your cabin, you'll have traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising. The afternoon includes visiting Amazing Cave around 15:00, then heading to Ti-Tov Island at 16:00 to hike to the summit for views and swim. Back on the boat by 17:15 for sunset with fruit and wine. Dinner is at 19:00 with Vietnamese dishes, followed by optional entertainment.

- Day 9
Halong Bay
Wake early to catch the sunrise over Halong Bay and have breakfast at 07:00. At 08:15 you'll go kayaking to explore the bay at your own pace, then return to check out by 09:30. The chef shows you how to make Vietnamese spring rolls and you'll make your own. Relax on the sundeck, have lunch at 11:00 while sailing back, then at 12:30 board the bus to Hanoi with a break. You'll reach your hotel by 16:30-17:00/4:30-5:00 PM.
