Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
Your flight arrives and you'll be picked up at the airport for transfer to your central Hanoi hotel. After checking in around 2:00 PM, you'll join a street food walking tour in the Old Quarter starting at 5:30-5:45 PM. During this tour you'll try pho, banh mi, spring rolls, and fresh iced tea before heading back to rest.

Landmarks/POIs Hoan Kiem Lake Old Quarter - Day 2
Hanoi to Halong Bay
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then head toward Tuan Chau Island with a stop along the way. You'll board your cruise at noon and spend over 5 hours sailing through Halong Bay. The day includes visiting Surprising Cave to see the stalagmites and stalactites, kayaking through Luon Cave's lagoon, and climbing Titov Peak for views across the water. After lunch and time on the upper deck, you'll return to Hanoi by evening.

Hanoi to Hue
After breakfast and checking out, you'll visit several historic sites around Hanoi including Tran Quoc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex, One Pillar Pagoda, and the Vietnam Ethnology Museum (or Women's Museum if the first is closed). From there you'll check out Temple of Literature and Hoa Lo Prison Museum before catching an evening flight to Hue. You'll check into your hotel and have free time to settle in.

Hue
Following breakfast, you'll take a morning boat tour visiting Thien Mu Pagoda, Old Garden House, and the Citadel. Back in the city center you'll have lunch, then spend the afternoon by bus exploring Minh Mang Tomb, Khai Dinh Tomb, Incense Anh Conical Hat village, and Vong Canh Hill before returning to your hotel.

Hue to Hoi An
You have breakfast at the hotel with the morning free to relax and do your own thing. A shuttle bus departs midday for the 3-hour drive to Hoi An. Once there, you'll make your way to your centrally-located hotel at your own pace and have free time to wander the ancient town.

Hoi An to Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast and checkout, you'll join a cooking class that starts with visiting the local market with a chef. You'll then travel to Cam Thanh village by car or boat through the countryside. There you'll go basket boat rowing through coconut jungle forests, have a welcome drink, and learn hands-on cooking before returning to your hotel. Later you'll transfer to Da Nang airport for your evening flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

Ho Chi Minh City
You'll get an early pickup around 7:30-8:00 AM for a full-day city tour covering Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office, and War Remnants Museum. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll travel about 1.5 hours to Cu Chi Tunnels where you'll watch an introductory video and explore the tunnels with a guide. You can try guerrilla-era cassava and tea, and there's an optional shooting range before heading back to the city.

After breakfast and checkout, you'll depart by van or minibus for the 3-3.5 hour drive to Mui Ne, passing through semi-desert landscape and dragon fruit plantations. Upon arrival you'll visit Poshanu Cham Tower and have lunch. At your resort you'll check in, then head to White Sand Dunes about 30 km away where you can try sand-sliding or quad-biking. You'll also see Lotus Lake, Red Sand Dunes, visit a local fishing village, and explore Fairy Stream before dinner back at your resort.

Following breakfast, you'll have free time to swim and relax at your resort. You'll check out at noon, have lunch at a local restaurant, and visit the Fish Sauce Museum before transferring back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Mekong Delta (Cai Be and Can Tho)
Early pickup at 7:30 AM and you'll drive to Cai Be in the Mekong Delta for a boat ride to a traditional floating market. You'll explore small villages and learn about local life, visit family businesses making coconut candy and crispy rice, and taste fresh fruits with Vietnamese folk music in the background. Cycling through village paths brings you to a garden where lunch is prepared locally. You'll paddle through small canals and visit an ancient house before transferring to Can Tho for the night.

By boat you'll continue to Con Son tourist area to visit fruit plantations and try seasonal fruits before lunch and your transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.
