- Patricia· June 11th, 2024I would highly recommend taking a trip with Tour Radar! Nothing beats having your transportation and hotels planned out for you but leaving the day to day up to you. All transfers were on time and friendly. We wanted an upgraded hotel for our stay in Oia and they were able to accommodate that, which was great. My only feedback is to have clearer instructions on what to do right after landing in the destination. It was not communicated to me that there would be a time limit in which to catch the taxi driver after landing. Furthermore, I received a slightly anxious/borderline rude text to "hurry up" and get to the taxi driver, when we had only been landed for an hour (we had to taxi awhile to get to the gate, plus go through customs with a very very long line). Getting to transportation an hour after landing is not unreasonable. Knowing who to contact on What's App to let them know our status after landing (and getting wifi access) would have been helpful. However, the trip was AMAZING, and thank you for a great trip!
