Trip date: December 2023 - VSVanessa· October 22nd, 2023Some parts of the tour were excellent and well organised e.g., the trip to Lake Ba Be region, but there were also times when communication was not great and the program didn't follow the itinerary described. For example, in Sapa were were taken on the wrong tour (which ended up being very good anyway due to the great guide on Day 1, but on Day 2 the guide turned up late and finished early and there was little communication about how we were supposed to get from one place to another and when. We were supposed to be able to rest up in hotel rooms between trips but this did not happen and were left to sit in a coffee shop for several hours with all our gear. Everything worked out in the end and the scenery was fabulous. Better communication would have improved the trip and having the ability to shower and rest when having a 5 am arrival somewhere would have been great.Show moreTrip date: October 2023
