Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha/Moshi
Your guide meets you at Kilimanjaro International Airport and drives you to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. Since they're local Tanzanians, they know the country inside and out, so you're in experienced hands from the moment you land.

Tarangire National Park
After the hotel picks you up, you head to Tarangire National Park in the Manyara region for the day. One of Tanzania's largest parks, you'll see big elephant herds, tree-climbing lions, and those distinctive baobab trees scattered across the landscape. The Tarangire River runs year-round and becomes critical for wildlife during the dry season. By evening you're back at your lodge for dinner.

- Day 3
Serengeti National Park
Following breakfast, you travel to Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch, and game drives happen along the way. The afternoon has you exploring the central plains where you'll come across buffalo herds, elephants, giraffes, eland, topi, kongoni, impala, and Grant's gazelle spread across the landscape. After dinner back at your lodge, you settle in for the night.

Serengeti National Park
You wake up in the Serengeti and have breakfast before heading out for a morning game drive with your driver-guide. After a picnic lunch, the afternoon continues with more game drives where you might spot lions, leopards, elephants, zebras, cheetahs, and antelope. Back at the lodge for dinner, you get some rest before the next day.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 5
Serengeti to Ngorongoro
A morning game drive starts at 08:00, taking advantage of early wildlife activity when things are most active. With over 1.6 million herbivores and thousands of predators in the park, there's always something happening. After a picnic lunch, you drive east toward Ngorongoro Crater, another major destination. You settle into your lodge while dinner gets prepared, and tomorrow you'll explore inside the crater itself.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park Ngorongoro Crater - Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater
You descend into Ngorongoro Crater to see the game-rich prairies of this old volcanic caldera, with crater walls rising nearly 2,000 feet high. This UNESCO World Heritage Site offers a chance to see the Big Five all in one location since the enclosed ecosystem concentrates wildlife. Lunch happens out in the crater, and after you eat, a short game drive follows before you head back up the crater walls to the rim and begin the long drive to Arusha.
