- Joan· April 23rd, 2025The only reason my review is not excellent is the horrible room I was assigned to, and the behaviour of the owner. The cook was excellent, as was the guide, the eBikes and the first mate. But the owner and the room he assigned me was extremely uncomfortable. Imagine being in a bunk room where you can never sit with both feet on the floor, where going to the bathroom was a 2 foot climb, and where your suitcase is located on the top bunk becuase the floor space is so small. And where the owner Markus never says hello or acknowledges you at any time. If you are a solo traveller do not travel with the Finiks, but for couples it seemed to be OK.Show more

of course that is possible. You can stay on board when the barge is cruising in daytime to the next stopover and have a walk afterwards.

We do the Amsterdam - Bruges or v.v. tour twice a year. The first one from Amsterdam to Bruges starting May 5. Then we stay in Belgium and France for the Summer season and return in October, so I don't think our dates match your request.
