Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll touch down in Kathmandu where someone from the tour company meets you at the airport holding a name plate. The drive to your hotel gives you a first look at the city, and once you're settled in, head out into Thamel to walk around the local market and get your bearings. You'll also meet up with the other people on your tour this afternoon.

- Day 2
Kathmandu Sightseeing
The guided tour kicks off at 9:00 am and runs for about 6 hours total. First stop is Kathmandu Durbar Square where you'll see the Living Goddess Kumari and check out the museum. From there, move on to Monkey Temple, which is the oldest monastery in the valley and offers nice views of the city. After that, head to Pashupatinath Temple, an important pilgrimage destination for Hindus situated on the Bagmati River. The tour wraps up at Boudhanath Stupa, a major Buddhist site.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
Start early at 7:00 am in Thamel for the 210 km drive to Pokhara via Prithivi and Tribhuwan highways. The route takes you past the Risuli and Masyandi rivers with scenery that changes as you go. There's a lunch break somewhere in the middle of the journey. You should pull into Pokhara between 2:00 and 3:00 pm, check into your hotel, and take a short walk around the lake to stretch your legs.

- Day 4
Pokhara to Sarangkot Hiking
Leave Pokhara in the morning for a 25 km drive to Dhampus where the trek to Sarangkot begins. This hike takes about 5 to 6 hours and passes through local villages and countryside. From Sarangkot you get views of the Annapurna range, Fishtail, Dhampus peak, and Dhaulagiri. The spot is popular with people watching sunrises and sunsets, and paragliders come here too.

Sarangkot Sunrise and Pokhara City Tour
Get up early to catch the sunrise from Sarangkot, which shows off the Annapurna range and Phewa Lake. After that, it's a shorter hike back down to Pokhara. Spend the afternoon resting and having lunch before heading out to check out Davis Falls, Gupteshowar Mahadev Cave, and Barahi Temple. Later, you'll go out on the lake for some time on the water.

Pokhara to Royal Chitwan National Park
Take a 5-hour tourist bus ride to Royal Chitwan National Park, which is the largest and oldest national park in Nepal and sits in the Tarai region. Once you're at your lodge, take a tour of a Tharu village, watch the sunset from the riverbank, and catch a local cultural dance performance in the evening.

Royal Chitwan National Park Exploration
Fill the day exploring the park with multiple activities. After breakfast, start with a canoe trip and then visit the Elephant Breeding Center. Following lunch, choose between an elephant safari or a jeep safari to look for rhinos, tigers, bears, deer, wild elephants, and various birds and reptiles. Also included are elephant bathing and a stop at the Crocodile Breeding Center.

Wake up early with tea and coffee, then spend time bird watching before breakfast. After that, it's a 5-hour drive back to Kathmandu on the tourist bus. Once you reach your Thamel hotel, settle in and use the evening to rest or explore the neighborhood for your final night.

Departure from Kathmandu
