- Miguel· March 18th, 2020The Easter island bit was disappointing. Didn’t include flights nor entrance fees for such an expensive package. Also on the one full day tour I wasn’t picked up because the company didn’t put my name on the list. But this was very minor in comparison to the next bit. The seconded I had to cancel myself because of the Coronavirus situation. I can’t even comprehend how this company confirmed moving on with the tour when all other companies cancelled the tours due to the border closings. The woman even said that even despite internal flight cancellations the tour is still moving forward. I can’t even fathom the stupidity or lack of respect for the traveler. This company never even sent a letter about the Coronavirus. Nothing not one word. No updates nothing.
