- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll land at Kathmandu airport where someone from the tour company meets you. After handling immigration and customs, a driver takes you to your hotel for check-in. The afternoon and evening are open for settling in. Later there's a welcome dinner with cultural performances, so you get a taste of local traditions right away.

Kathmandu Heritage Sites
Breakfast happens at your hotel, and that's where you'll meet your local guide for the day. From there you're walking through Kathmandu's heritage sites, seeing major temples and monuments with someone who knows the history well. The tour covers the city's cultural highlights, giving you a solid overview of what makes Kathmandu significant.

Kathmandu to Pokhara
You'll eat an early breakfast and then spend 6 to 7 hours driving to Pokhara. Once you arrive, check into your hotel and refresh after the long ride. The rest of the day opens up for you either to wander around the lakeside area or just relax at the hotel if you're tired from traveling.

Pokhara Sightseeing
Your guide picks you up around 5:30 AM to head to Sarangkot for sunrise. The views of the Himalayas from up there are really something, and after breakfast back at the hotel you'll have time to digest. Then you're doing a half-day tour around Pokhara, checking out gorges, temples, bazaars, and caves in the area.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
After breakfast the drive back to Kathmandu takes up much of your day. By evening you're back in the city with free time to do what you want, whether that's hitting the Thamel market for shopping, walking through different neighborhoods, or just taking it easy before heading home.
