Itinerary
- Day 1
Marrakech
You'll arrive at Menara Airport where your guide meets you for the transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day involves a guided walk through Marrakech's historic sites, hitting the Menara Gardens, Koutoubia Minaret, Saadien Tombs, Agdal Gardens, and Majorelle Gardens before heading back to settle in for the night.

Imlil to Tacheddirt
After breakfast, you'll head to Imlil where trekking crew and mules are ready. A two-hour hike takes you through foothills of the Western High Atlas Mountains to Tizi n'Tamatert pass with views of terraced villages. Then another hour hiking through Ouaneskra and Amghedoul villages gets you to Tacheddirt, where you'll spend the night in a traditional Berber house.

Tacheddirt to Timichi
Rising early, you'll have Berber breakfast from the earthen oven, then hike about 3 hours southeast to Tizi n'Tacheddirt pass with panoramic views of surrounding peaks. After a picnic lunch by a natural spring, you'll hike northeast for another 3 hours to Laabassene, then continue to Timichi and stay overnight at Kasbah Toubkal.

Timichi to Setti Fadma to Marrakech
Breakfast with a Berber family comes first, then a couple hours hiking through valleys with vegetable and fruit groves. You'll continue down through Isghouarne and Agadir n'Aït Boulmane to reach Setti Fadma village. Lunch sits under thousand-year-old walnut trees with waterfalls nearby, then later you'll board your vehicle in late afternoon for the drive back to Marrakech.

Marrakech to Essaouira
You'll travel to Essaouira, the coastal city with 3000 years of history influenced by Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans, Portuguese and Jewish cultures. After exploring the authentic Berber town and Atlantic coastline with your guide, you'll head to your Bedouin Camp over the dunes of Diabet village, get an introductory tour, then have dinner and sleep at the camp.

Essaouira Bedouin Camp
The Berber compound welcomes you with traditional dates and milk. After checking in, you'll participate in a Moroccan tea ceremony learning how to brew mint tea the Berber way, which gets served with fresh homemade bread, olive oil, argan oil, honey, almond butter, butter, fresh eggs, and Rfisa.

- Day 7
Essaouira Bedouin Camp
Following breakfast, you'll walk to Sidi Kouki to visit Berber shepherds with goats grazing on argan trees and explore daily life in this argan oil production region. Back at camp for dinner, you can pick from optional activities like making tagine in the kitchen, kneading dough and baking, fetching water by donkey, or walking through the village. Evening brings couscous, Berber dance and music with locals.

Essaouira Bedouin Camp
Breakfast features Baghrir pancakes or Mesamen, then local ladies show how they use collected plants as traditional medicine, with demonstrations of cactus as shampoo and Tasra plant for cleaning clothes. Lunch is Goat tagine with argan oil, then you'll join a family for tea and learn to write in Berber and Arabic. Dinner happens at the Berber Cultural Center with music and dance performances.

Essaouira Bedouin Camp
A typical Moroccan breakfast starts things off with Harira, fresh eggs, butter, argan oil, olive oil, honey, Amlou, bread, msemen, mint tea, spiced coffee and milk. You'll then hike 6 to 8 km through Seksaoua Valley studying medicinal herbs, enjoy a riverside picnic with barbecue and salads, then walk back looking for more plants. A steam bath at a local hammam follows, then dinner of Trid with homemade phyllo and chicken, plus Berber music.

You'll return to Marrakech for a free day to shop and explore the city. Walking through the souks and bazaars lets you browse and purchase local goods. In the evening, the group gathers for a farewell dinner at a typical Moroccan restaurant with entertainment celebrating your cultural and adventure journey.
