You'll arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and get transferred to your hotel. After the trip briefing and bike fitting, head out for a welcome dinner at one of the city's best restaurants. This gives you a chance to meet your group and get ready for the cycling ahead.

Ho Chi Minh City to Tra Vinh
Transfer by road takes you to My Tho, where your cycling begins. You'll ride through narrow paths past sugar cane fields, fruit plantations, and paddy fields, watching how locals work the land. The route to Tra Vinh covers about 52km and shows you the real rhythm of the Mekong Delta.

Tra Vinh to Can Tho
Today's 82km ride from Tra Vinh to Can Tho takes you on flat, quiet roads lined with Khmer temples and river views. You'll stop at temples along the way and visit a local school to spend time with students. It's a peaceful day with chances to see how farmers go about their work.

Can Tho to Chau Doc
Start early with a boat trip to Cai Rang and Phong Dien floating markets, where you'll see vendors and craftsmen selling their goods on the water. After that, you'll cycle through varied terrain toward Cambodia with some gentle hills and mountain views ahead. Sam Mountain comes next, where you'll climb for countryside views before coasting down to Chau Doc for dinner. The day covers roughly 90km on the bike.

Chau Doc to Kep
Have breakfast and then climb Sam Mountain to explore its pagodas and temples with views into Cambodia. Next you'll visit Tay An Pagoda, which blends Hindu and Islamic architecture in interesting ways. After that, you'll ride to the Xa Xia border, cross into Cambodia on foot, and meet your Cambodian cycling team. The 20km ride through rural countryside takes you to Kep, where your resort overlooks the Gulf of Thailand and you can relax.

Kep to Sihanoukville
An 85km ride takes you to Sihanoukville, Cambodia's main beach destination. You'll pedal on good roads with Gulf of Thailand views, passing through Kampot and the scenic Damrei Mountains with Bokor Hill Station visible. There's a short walk or cycle through Kampot's French colonial area. If you're up for it, there's an optional 40km route with seven hills to reach Sihanoukville, or you can transfer from Veal Rinh. Check in at the historic 1963 hotel on the gulf.

You'll have the morning free at the beach after breakfast to do whatever you like. Later at 2PM, transfer to Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital. Check in at your hotel and arrange your own dinner. Wander around to see the colonial buildings scattered throughout the city.

Landmarks/POIs Phnom Penh - Day 8
Phnom Penh
Start with breakfast before heading to the Royal Palace, a complex with the Silver Pagoda and royal residence that's architecturally significant. Then visit the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum to learn about Cambodia's history from 1975-1979. Lunch happens at a local charity place supporting former street children. Later you'll cycle about 35km to the Killing Fields to gain more understanding of this period. Get back to rest, then have dinner at Malis restaurant, known for its internationally recognized chef.

Phnom Penh to Kompong Chhnang
After breakfast, you'll cycle out of Phnom Penh toward the Japanese Bridge, then through busy roads into the Cambodian countryside with local traffic around. After 12km you'll turn onto unpaved roads through villages and rice fields. The ancient capital of Udong is next, where you can explore the remaining stupas on Udong Mountain. From there, paved roads take you northwest to Kompong Chhnang, the provincial capital where the Tonle Sap River flows through. You'll see endless paddy fields dotted with sugar palms and get countryside views.

Kompong Chhnang to Siem Reap
Rise early for a 6-hour boat transfer to Siem Reap. You'll see Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake, which is home to nearly 2 million people. After arriving, grab lunch at a restaurant, then cycle 8km to Angkor Wat. Explore this World Heritage Site at your own pace or with an English-speaking guide. Late afternoon takes you 1km further to Phnom Bakheng, where you'll climb the stairs to watch the sunset over Angkor.

Angkor Complex
After breakfast, cycle out to explore the full Angkor complex. You'll cover 25km to Banteay Srei, the best-preserved temple with countryside away from crowds and beautiful carvings. Return and visit Banteay Kdei, a larger complex where you can explore without many tourists. Pass Takeo Temple with its pyramid style and climbing spots. Ta Prohm, the jungle-covered temple from Tomb Raider, comes next with a picnic lunch among massive trees. Continue to Angkor Thom, the former capital, cycling through the Victory Gate and seeing the four-faced Bayon, Terrace of the Leper King, Elephant Terrace, and Baphuon. Finish with a celebratory dinner and Apsara Ballet performance at Apsara Theatre.
