Traveler•Written July 2023First for the 14 day tour how much is the price for a private tour? Second, the mini van will not work for me. They are generally too crowded with uncomfortable seating in the rear. Therefore what time of year do you generally have enough passengers to use bus? Therefore, my best option maybe to wait until you have a tour where you already have enough passenger to use a bus then I would join.

Regarding your question about visa, you will need it before your arrival at borders and we could assist you with the visa application here in Ghana regarding the Togo Benin visa but with the Ghana visa, we would provide you with a visa application support letter that you would submit in applying for your Ghana visa. However, you could also apply for the Togo and Benin visas online. Kindly note that visa cost and flight fares are excluded from tour package cost.

The tour can start on April 22nd. Would you like to include a tour of Cape Coast & Kakum National Park on April 23? Benin visa can be applied online while the Togo visa has to be applied through their Consulate/Embassy in Canada or we can assist with the application when you arrive in Ghana from the Togo Embassy in Accra.

The tour is open to all nationalities and 18 years and above. However, with our past experiences, we have received mostly Americans, Asians, and British between 35 - 70 years. The good news is that we have a specific tour designed for the Festival called the Magical Benin, Togo & Ghana Tour, 14 days including the Festival.
