  Our trip with Bravo Indochina was awesome. Everything was very well organized, all tour guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our contact person with Bravo Indochina, Vy, was answering our questions and concerns right away. We felt so safe and well cared for.   Our family just had the best Vietnam and Cambodia vacation, thanks to Bravo Tours. As seasoned travelers who prefer organized tours, we had high expectations, and Bravo Tours exceeded them. Our three-week journey was impeccably organized, with every detail thoughtfully arranged, and our guides were simply outstanding in answering all our questions and curiosities. Personally, I was particularly impressed with the arrangements, especially the hotels in Hanoi and Siem Reap.   The was not one tour with the same group, but individual local tours strung together, some with small groups or individual, others large groups. While some of the tours were good, the organization of the pickups from hotels and airports were unreliable and spoiled the overall experience. For example the mini bus driver from Hue to HoiAn was late and dropped us in a bus exchange where initially no driver was to take as to our hotels. The local motor bike drivers grabbed our luggage and were ready to get some business until the driver finally showed up and negotiated with them. The driver to pick us up in Saigon did not wait for us in the arrival area but parked in some parking lot and it took forever to find him. The driver to take me to the airport in Siemreap never showed up and I had to call my own Grab to get there. The tours in Hanoi and Halong Bay were good, HoiAn was nice, but no tour or guide. The Mekong delta tour was okay, but too much driving. The speed boat to Phnom Penh was long and boring, the same for the drive to Siemreap. The sunrise tour to Ankor Wat was okay, but none of the other temples that were listed in the itinerary were supposed to be included. Only after complaining two more were added. Generally, this reflected the frequent discrepancies between itinerary and actual coverage. Unless you are prepared for a chaotic and haphazard experience, I would not recommend using Bravo Indochina Tours.

Explored and learned a lot about the rich cultures and histories of these countries in Saigon (thanks a lot to my local guide Louis!), and Phnom Penh and Siem Reap - special shoutouts to my local guides Darith and Raty who took special care and attention to all my questions especially about Angkor temples and Khmer food 🙂 "

  "I originally booked the 9 day tour but Lilly, our guide was incredible. she was welcoming, warm and really easy to chat to. This along with the amazing people on my group. I just had to extend onto the 12 day tour. It was my first time travelling alone, it was nice to meet such welcoming people. My group really clicked and we instantly became a family. Lilly helped with any issues. Watch out, his dance moves are infectious.,''
