This was a fantastic tour that gave us a bit of everything. The 3 star accommodation was very comfortable and clean everywhere we stayed. Everything was made so easy for us, all the staff, guides and drivers we encountered were punctual, polite and friendly. When i left a personal item on a bus the Go Asia staff went out of their way to find it and get it back to me. I can't speak highly enough of Viet in Hanoi and Mr Tum in Cambodia who organised everything for us, were so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company and this tour and we will book with them again when we come back with our family.

Although I was the only person travelling in my group, which was a little pity,Viet from Go Asia travel took excellent care of me and organised everything perfectly. So the whole journey was a very good experience. To go a little bit earlier than in the middle of march will be probably a good idea, because it was already very hot at this time of the year. Kirsten

Absolutely amazing experience. Extremely well organised with friendly, helpful guides and lovely hotels. Took away the stress of planning, at the same time as being really good value for money. Using a local tour company meant more money goes to the country.

Though my family and I unfortunately had to leave our tour very early due to COVID-19, Mike from Go Asia Travel was incredible. When we first got to Vietnam, he met us in person at our hotel to let us know that Ha Long Bay had been closed, but that he had arranged for a 'Plan B' to Sa Pa (which turned out to be amazing -- our tour guide was super energizing with huge smiles and good English). Mike had all the changes printed out for us, for our reference. He then kept in touch with us throughout and had drivers waiting for us even when we had to switch plans and head to the airport upon getting off our train. Things went seamlessly despite the upheaval of the newly-defined pandemic. Super organization, and very friendly and helpful. We definitely felt safe and well taken care of. And Vietnam was awesome for so many reasons -- we have every intention to go back and finish what we started, and we wouldn't hesitate to book with Go Asia Travel again. TourRadar was also super helpful when we initially booked this -- excellent customer service and intuitive, informative website.

This was a wonderful tour organized by Mike. We were a group of six (3 couples) that partook in the tour. Mike was extremely helpful and promptly replied to any queries we had. My cousin's partner lost her phone and Mike personally went to the police station with them to help file a police report. My wife also broke her ankle and Mike offered assistance with medical care too. Mike organises the entire tour but smaller tour companies coordinate the tours . It is a good mix because on some tours there's only 6 of us whereas on other tours there can be up to 15 people. We also took the option of upgrading our hotel from 3* to 4* and took a flight from Hanoi to Da Nang instead of going on the train. Overall, the tour was affordable and we all had an amazing time
