- Grace· March 18th, 2022My friend and I have just completed our Israel trip on the 10th March 2022. Hotels and transport services were excellent. The tour guide was knowledgeable. However, he spoke very quietly and we could not hear our tour guide speak most of the time during outdoor touring. (No issue in the van as he used a microphone and speaker) My friend and I asked him politely to speak louder as we both could not hear him. That did not change. He also tend to speak to just one direction/person. It was very much below our expectations in that regard. Especially it was only a small group of 7 people, not 30. I raised this issue with click tour after the trip. Click tour suggested that the future travellers should reach out in real time with the team available to assist with any issue with the service provided. It was just an okay experience overall.Show moreTrip date: February 2022
