This was a fabulous trip! Our guide, Berna, was delightful, so full of information and always willing to answer a question. Loved that we had a small group. Can’t believe all the places we got to see! Only suggestion is would have appreciated more time for shopping.

It was truly a disappointment to have learned that a tour which promised 25 person max, actually consisted of 43 people. That many people was extremely hard to navigate, a lot of extra time spent on gathering and explaining, which caused delays. The age group our young group was placed with was completely different, they could have done better there. Our guide and driver were amazing and truly were the reason that there are more stars than wing buddy deserved. Only 1 properly rated hotel was given to us, the rest were below 3 stars. Food was mediocre, will never use nor recommend wing buddy again!

The guide we had was the very best for knowledge and kindness. The driver we had went above and beyond to help me. The translator that was supplied for the quebecois was very helpful even for the English speaking people on the tour. It was the best holiday of my life. There was only one thing that was beyond everyone's control and that was the wind stopped us from going on the balloon ride. Will have to find a way to do that another time. Thank you for the very best your that you supplied.
