    Great guide who was really informative and friendly. Our guide Ben contacted us the day before to confirm timings which was really helpful. On the day we went to many landmarks and learnt a lot as Ben was very knowledgeable about them all. He also asked for any requests we had and was very happy to structure the day according to what we wanted. His English is good, would highly recommend!

    We really enjoyed this trip. Everything was well organized. The guides were very friendly and did everything for us to have a nice time. The food on board was very tasty and a lot. The room was small but we felt very good sleeping there. You have a very nice view from the beds. The activities were nice and especially the little fishing village was amazing. We highly recommend the Halong tour 4 star cruise

    Organised half day city tours in both locations with Crossing Vietnam Tour at very short notice (on both occasions the day/night before). Rose was amazing and corresponded within minutes by email and viber. The tours were reasonably priced, flexible with times and locations and the guides were informative and passionate about their cities. I highly recommend CVT for both solo and group travel as they were exceptionally accommodating on both trips that I did.

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before July 25th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after July 25th, 2025, a minimum payment of 30% is required to confirm your booking with Crossing Vietnam Tour. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 40 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Crossing Vietnam Tour will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Crossing Vietnam Tour" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
