Special thanks to our porter! He was the best! Always friendly although he had to carry a lot. We would love to see him as a guide soon! Nevertheless it would have been better if we would have get an email that tells us that we can leave some of our stuff in pokhara. Furthermore a packing list would have been great. In our opinion it’s possible to do the track faster

    Asked on April 4th, 2022

Are there are others which similarly meet this criteria of quiet and less frequented? I will be a solo traveller...and have slight preference for single accommodation. Is this possible and at what additional cost? I shall be 70 in August. I walk everyday and swim 3 times a week. But how do I assess my capability for the two treks highlighted? The Trek seems to end in Pokhara. Is this right and presumably any flight from Pokhara is excluded from the cost. And, is the first flight included?

Mardi Treks is quiet and less frequent. It is possible to have single accommodation but you need pay extra money USD 100 for single room. You are 70 and this is enough for you to do this treks. Mardi treks is one of the easiest treks. We have many examples of 72 year old guys done this treks. Treks are end in Pokhara. Flight from Pokhara is excluded in this cost. Flight from Kathmandu is included in this cost.
