Itinerary

  1. Day 1

    Sanur

    You'll arrive at the airport and get transferred to Sanur, which takes about 25 minutes. After checking into your beachfront hotel, take a walk along the beach path to get oriented. Later in the afternoon, you'll head out for a 20km warm-up bike ride around Serangan Island. By evening, return to the hotel for an included welcome dinner.

  2. Day 2

    Sanur to Banyuwangi

    Early start at 6am with a 3-hour drive to Gilimanuk village. You'll take a ferry crossing (1-2 hours) over to Java, and you can see Mount Ijen from the water. Stop for lunch at a local beachside restaurant, then drive to the Ijen Plateau, which takes about 1 hour. Around 2pm, you'll do a mountain bike ride for roughly 3 hours through plantations and past a waterfall. That night you'll stay in Banyuwangi near Mount Ijen.

  3. Day 3

    Mount Ijen to Mount Bromo

    A very early wake-up at 4am for transfer to Paltuding. You'll trek about 3km (roughly 1 hour) to reach the top of Mount Ijen. From there, explore the crater lake and watch sulfur miners carrying their loads, then visit the sulfur factory. After that, you'll drive 5 hours to Mount Bromo and stay at accommodation at 2000m altitude. Pack warm clothes since nights get cold at this elevation.

  4. Day 4

    Mount Bromo

    Today is a full bike ride all the way around Bromo National Park. You'll start from the hotel descending into the sea of sand, cycle toward Mount Bromo, climb out of the valley, ride up the caldera on the other side, and continue around the volcanoes back to the hotel. The riding isn't technical, but you'll do some climbing. It's a longer day, so pace yourself accordingly.

  5. Day 5

    Mount Bromo to Sanur

    Wake at 3am to catch the sunrise from the sea of sand via 4x4 jeep. You'll have coffee or tea, then mountain bike for about 8km to a secret viewpoint with the best views while avoiding crowds. Return to Mount Bromo and hike to the crater to see steam. Breakfast happens around 9am back at the hotel, then you'll drive 3 hours to Surabaya airport. Take a 1-hour domestic flight back to Bali and overnight in Sanur.

  6. Day 6

    Sanur to Nusa Lembongan

    Start from Sanur harbor and take a fast boat (45 minutes) to Nusa Penida. You'll cycle to Broken Beach and Billabong, then continue to Crystal Bay, which is one of the best snorkeling spots on the island. Later, transfer by car to the harbor and take a local boat (20 minutes) to Nusa Lembongan. You'll stay for two nights on the island.

    Nusa Lembongan

    In the morning, cycle all the way around the island of Lembongan, stopping at the most beautiful beaches along the way. End the day with a visit to the mangrove forest. The afternoon is yours to relax by the beach and unwind. You'll stay another night on Nusa Lembongan.

  8. Day 8

    Nusa Lembongan to Amed

    Early morning boat transfer gets you back to Bali. You'll ride from Mount Abang in central Bali to Amed in the northeast. After a warm-up climb, cycle through the rugged center and local fruit plantations. The first 25km is off-road, then 25km on main road to the charming fishing village of Amed. Stay at a beachfront hotel with great snorkeling right in front.

    Amed to Pemuteran

    Take it easy in Amed this morning. Around noon, check out and drive with the support vehicle to Pemuteran in the northwest of Bali, which takes approximately 3 hours. There are plenty of stops along the way to see sights and break up the drive. Stay overnight at a hotel located near the beach.

  10. Day 10

    Pemuteran

    Ride from your hotel to the local harbor on beautiful road trails. Finish the day with a snorkeling trip to Menjagan Island. Since you're staying at the same accommodation, there's no packing needed, so you can just enjoy the experience.

  11. Day 11

    Pemuteran to Canggu

    Early transfer takes you to Mount Batu Karu (2276m) and the Jatiluwih area, a part of Bali that western tourists don't visit very often. Mountain bike approximately 45km from Jatiluwih to the coastal town of Canggu. After the ride, visit Tana Lot Temple, one of Bali's most beautiful temples built on a rock in the ocean and surrounded by sea at high tide. Stay overnight in Canggu.

  12. Day 12

    Canggu to Ubud

    Ride from the outer crater rim of Mount Batur all the way down to Ubud. You'll cycle mostly downhill on a wide mixture of terrain, making this a slightly easier day with nice scenery. Arrive at your accommodation just 5 minutes outside the busy city center around 3pm, which gives you time to explore and see Ubud.

    Your trekking guide will pick you up around 2am for the Mount Batur sunrise trek. Start hiking around 3am and return to your hotel by 11:30am. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore Ubud and take things easy after the early morning hike.

For tours departing after February 9th, 2026, a minimum payment of 40% is required to confirm your booking with Infinity Mountain Biking. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 65 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
