- Suzanne· February 23rd, 2024We were very pleased with all of details for the tour from the pick up at the airport and the tour of both sides of the falls. Your on site team was excellent and most accommodating. We were lucky to just have 4 of us on the Argentina tour and by ourselves on the Brazilian side. Susanna our tour guide in Puerto Iguazú was informative and ensured that we were placed in the right locations for photos. She is a great addition to your team. Our pick up Driver and second day driver. I am sorry I have forgot his name was fabulous and such a pleasure to drive with and learn about his background and family. Please reply and let me know his name! The hotel, Mérit, was ok. It was clean but a tired and needs some maintenance. The pool was terrific except we had a football team of 17 years old and it is terrible the first day. Also, the restaurant on the roof top was a wonderful find but the hotel doesn’t promote it. Would we return again yes but likely a different hotel.Show more
- Ralph· November 28th, 2023This was a well put together itinerary. Constance was in constant communication to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel where I stayed, Las Hayas, was very very good. They had free hikes, archery, and some other stuff to participate in, but I was too lazy to do them. Lol. The free shuttle to the city center was great, as this hotel is basically in the mountains with an amazing view of the town. The boat ride out in the beagle channel was kool. You get great views of the mountains and end up at a lighthouse. The national park portion was nice also. The optional train ride offered a lot of information about the area. You get better views of the Andes. The other part to drive by the lakes was relaxing. The lunch (not included) was slamming. I had the lamb. My taste buds were in a frenzy. After that you had a free day to explore the town or just chill. It was cloudy when I was there, but the few breaks when the sun shines really provides an awe and grandeur of Ushuaia. I would do this tour again. It takes the hassles out of planning things if you're lazy like me.Show more
