Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll land at Kathmandu's international airport where the office staff will meet you. From there, transportation takes you to your hotel in Thamel, the main tourist district where you can get settled and rest after traveling.
- Day 2
Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
With a professional guide, you'll spend the day exploring Kathmandu Valley by car or van. The itinerary includes Durbar Square, Monkey Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, and Boudhanath Stupa as you move through the city's major sites.

Kathmandu to Phakding
An early morning flight gets you to Lukla Hillary Airport at 2800m (about 35 minutes). After landing, you'll start trekking to Phakding (2640m) for roughly 3 hours. Later in the evening, there's time for a village tour before settling at your lodge.

Phakding to Namche Bazaar
The trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar takes 6 to 7 hours and climbs to 3440m. Namche Bazaar serves as the main hub for the Khumbu region, and you'll spend the night at a lodge there.

Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
This is your rest day in Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. You can check out the Sherpa Museum to learn about local culture and history. Later, head to Everest View Lodge to take in the panoramic Himalayan views before returning to your lodge.

Namche Bazaar to Thame
You'll trek to Thame at 3800m, taking approximately 4 hours. This village is well-known among Everest climbers, and you'll stay overnight at a lodge there.

Thame to Lungdeng
The trek to Lungdeng climbs to 4600m and takes 5 to 6 hours. You'll stay overnight at a lodge in this higher elevation settlement.

Lungdeng to Gokyo
You'll trek to Gokyo at 4760m via Renjo Pass (5435m), taking about 6 hours. The pass crossing is a significant part of the day before arriving at your lodge in Gokyo.

Gokyo Peak and Return
Starting early, you'll climb to Gokyo Peak (5560m) in approximately 4.5 hours for sunrise views. From the peak, you can see four mountains over 8000 meters. After descending, you'll return to your lodge in Gokyo for the night.

Gokyo to Tangnak
The trek to Tangnak at 4700m takes around 5 hours. You'll stay overnight at a lodge there.

Tangnak to Zhong La

Lobuche to Everest Base Camp
You'll trek to Gorakshep at 5140m in about 3 hours. From there, you'll visit Everest Base Camp the same day and return to Gorakshep to stay overnight at a lodge.

Kalapattar to Lobuche
An early morning trek takes you to Kalapattar at 5545m for what many consider the best view of Everest. You'll then trek back down to Lobuche (approximately 5 hours), where you'll stay overnight at a lodge.

Lobuche to Dingboche

Dingboche to Tyangboche

Tyangboche to Namche Bazaar

Namche Bazaar to Lukla

Return to Kathmandu
An early morning flight around 7 AM takes you back to Kathmandu (approximately 35 minutes). You'll check in at your hotel for the night.
