Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Agra
You'll land at the airport and get transferred to Agra, then check into your hotel. Your local guide meets you to start the exploration. Head to Agra Fort, the historic home of Mughal emperors, and then move on to Itmad-Ud-Daula, an ornate mausoleum people often compare to a smaller version of the Taj Mahal. Later you'll stop at Mehtab Garden to catch the sunset views of the Taj Mahal from across the Yamuna River. After that, wander through Agra's evening markets before heading back to your hotel for the night.

- Day 2
Agra to Jaipur
Start early to see the sunrise at the Taj Mahal, the iconic ivory-white marble mausoleum built by Emperor Shah Jahan. Come back to your hotel and have breakfast, then check out. The drive to Jaipur includes a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, Emperor Akbar's abandoned fortress city with its marble tomb of Saint Salim Chisti and the Buland Durwaza gateway. You'll reach Jaipur by afternoon and check into your hotel.

Jaipur
After breakfast, you'll see Jaipur's main attractions. Check out Amber Fort, which sits high on a hill and draws lots of visitors. Then go to the Palace of Winds, the distinctive red and pink sandstone structure from 1799. Stop at Jantar Mantar, a UNESCO World Heritage site that has the world's largest stone sundial. Spend time in Jaipur's colorful markets, then return to your hotel.

Jaipur to Delhi
After breakfast you'll check out and drive toward Delhi. Once you arrive at your hotel and settle in, your guide will help you experience Delhi's evening. You'll have dinner at a local restaurant, then stay overnight in Delhi.

- Day 5
Delhi
After breakfast, your tour guide takes you through Delhi's major landmarks. Start with Qutub Minar, a 73-meter UNESCO World Heritage minaret. Then go to Humayun's Tomb, a grand mausoleum built by Humayun's first wife. See India Gate on Rajpath and President House. You'll also check out Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, a significant Sikh temple, and the Jama Masjid, one of India's largest mosques. Drive past the Red Fort for photos and explore Old Delhi's bustling markets. A rickshaw ride through Old Delhi rounds out the day before you return to your hotel.

Delhi to Varanasi
Check out from your Delhi hotel and catch a morning flight to Varanasi, which takes about 1 hour and 25 minutes. Your driver meets you at the airport and takes you to your hotel. After meeting your guide and having breakfast, you'll head to Sarnath, about 10 kilometers northeast where Buddha first taught. Come back to Varanasi in the afternoon for a city tour of the 2,000 temples including the Golden Temple and the Dasaswamedh Ghat, where the evening Ganges Aarti ceremony happens.

Varanasi Departure
Get up early for a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, which many consider a must-do in Varanasi. You'll watch the sun rise over the holy river as the ghats fill with activity and color. The morning air carries scents of sandalwood and jasmine. After returning to your hotel, you'll transfer to Varanasi Airport for your connecting flight to Delhi or Mumbai, and your tour ends.
