Split
You'll arrive in Split and meet your tour rep who gets you oriented with the city's main spots and where to eat. After your bike gets fitted, you'll hear the full briefing on available routes. Depending on your arrival time, you can do an easy 20 km ride or push for an 80 km loop heading inland. Diocletian's Palace sits right in the city center as a UNESCO World Heritage site where people actually live among the ancient walls. By evening, you might walk along the waterfront promenade to wind down.

Split
Today brings a 3-4 hour guided sea kayak trip around the Marjan peninsula. You'll pick either morning or sunset timing, paddling close to shore which works great for beginners. The route goes from secluded bays with pine forests to pebble beaches with stops for swimming and snorkeling in hidden coves. You'll see Split's quieter side from the water, just minutes from the busy center. Make sure you bring your swimming gear.

Split to Hvar
You're heading to Hvar for morning and afternoon bike rides. Start easy around the UNESCO-listed Stari Grad, an ancient Greek colony from 400 B.C., riding through charming towns, private gardens, coastal roads, and olive groves. In the afternoon, take the famous route along lavender fields to reach Hvar town. Van support helps with the climb so you can relax with a café or aperitif at one of the Mediterranean's beautiful Venetian piazzas. The total is 20-50 km with van support.

Hvar
After breakfast, you'll do a guided 3-4 hour sea kayak tour to the Pakleni Islands, small islands covered in thick pine woods and named for the rosin extracted here historically. You'll paddle through narrow straits finding hidden pebble beaches where swimming and snorkeling happen. Getting back to Hvar takes until around 2 PM. Lunch at a beachside restaurant is available if you want it, and dinner is your choice in Hvar town.

Hvar to Korcula
A private boat transfer gets you to Korcula where you'll bike about 46 kilometers to Korcula town for your next 2 nights. The island's history goes back before Greek times, visible as you ride. Venetians built an important walled city on the northern shores and the Old Town remains almost perfectly preserved. You'll see the island's south side with hidden beaches and coves, pass through small villages, and stop at local konoba taverns for authentic Croatian food. Van support covers today's 46 km ride.

Korcula
You're staying another day in Korcula to explore hidden coves, old towns, unique villages, and dark pine forests. A guided 4-5 hour sea kayak tour goes along islets between Korcula, Lumbarda, and Orebic with views of a monastery on Badija and stone quarries at Vrhnik. Several cycling loops are available through vineyards, olive groves, and along the coast. Try traditional Croatian dishes like gnocchi, macaroni, and pasticada with local white wines. Marco Polo was born on this island.

Korcula to Dubrovnik
Your final bike ride cruises the Peljesac peninsula through vineyards of Dingac and Postup planted with Plavac Mali grapes, a cousin to California's Zinfandel. Many wineries line the route. You'll see great views with Mljet and Korcula Islands on your right and mainland on your left. This 60 km ride has hills and coastal stretches with van support. You'll end at Ston, a 14th-century salt village famous for Europe's longest fortified walls at 5.5 km. From there you transfer to Dubrovnik.
