Especially Oldemar helped me to resolve problems and questions very quickly and kindly, it was very impressive support. If I have to mention something to improve, since most of daily schedule finished at early time in the afternoon, for active person like me, it was sometimes not enough. Can you advise the age of the children? So I can quote accordingly. Just for you to know, we do use superior class hotels in the regular tour.. so upgrades would be for 5* deluxe hotels.
