Our shuttle leaves the airport meeting point between 9:00-9:30. If your flight arrives at 10:00am this will unfortunately be too late, especially factoring in time taken to disembark, collect luggage, pass through security etc. We cannot leave later sadly or we don't make it to the lodge in time for the afternoon activities.

Does the tour package charge include Kruger national park entrance fees and Panoramic route entrance fees? Can we get vegetarian food during lunch time?

Yes the price includes all entrance fees. Tariffs are all-inclusive. Lunches on transfer days and days spent in Kruger Park, drinks and items of a personal nature are not included in the package. Stops are made during the transfer days for lunches. During game drives in the Kruger Park stops are made at rest camps for lunch to be purchased. You should be able to purchase vegetarian options on these stops. We can also ensure that we have vegetarian food for you at the lodge as well.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before June 27th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after June 27th, 2025, a minimum payment of 25% is required to confirm your booking with Viva Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 20 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Viva Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
- The following cards are accepted for "Viva Safaris" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
