- ATammy· October 3rd, 2023It was very nice for Jason to share all his info on the areas we were in. Chris our driver stopped and allowed us to see as many animals as we possibly could along the way. They worked so well together and made the trip unforgettable. The hotel in Rapid City was very nice but the hotel staff at the front desk were extremely rude. The hotel at Deadwood was extremely outdated and very confusing to navigate and sketchy to walk around in. The hotel we stayed at in Jackson Hole was so cute and clean and had very nice staff. The cabins in Cody were very cute and clean, but lights above the twin bed were very dangerous and I hit my head several times during the middle of the night. We recommend our guests to look into options such as taxis, rideshare (Lyft, Uber, etc), or independent shuttle services. Our past guests have provided feedback that these options worked better overall with a faster service.

They advised that it does not visit Prismatic Springs. The reason is that because it is a more remote location in the park, the tour bus does not fit in the lot for that site.
