Guides were very friendly and flexibe to accomodate individual wishes (special food, visits outside the programme etc); the large majority also had a very good background on local culture and history. You need to apply China visa by your own to China Embassy. Regarding the flight to Tibet, you need to fly to Beijing, Shanghai, Xian or other major China cities where you can fly to Lhasa. And you need Tibet Permit for these flights, so you have to fly to these major China cities firstly. After you booked tour and got China visa, we can arrange the Tibet Permit for you.
