- Day 1
Embarkation
You'll board at 3:00 p.m. and get settled into your cabin. After meeting the crew at a welcome cocktail, you'll spend the afternoon on the water while having dinner served on board.

Cruising and Wine Route
The morning keeps you cruising, and after lunch you can choose to join a wine route excursion with a guide before heading back by early evening. Dinner tonight features cuisine from Chef Marc Haeberlin of the Auberge de l'Ill.

Wine Tasting and Strasbourg
Serge Dubs leads a wine tasting presentation where you'll learn about different wines from someone with serious credentials in the field. Later the ship cruises toward Strasbourg, arriving in the evening. You'll dress up for the gala dinner on board.
