Budapest
Today you've got complete freedom to spend your time however you'd like. Wander through the Jewish Quarter to check out the murals, cycle around the city, or take a buggy tour of Margaret Island if that sounds good. Make sure you catch the views from Fisherman's Bastion at some point, and don't leave without trying traditional Hungarian langos from a street vendor.

Ljubljana
You'll arrive in Ljubljana, Slovenia's capital, where the Old Town mixes history with contemporary charm. Walk around to see the architecture, try out the riverfront restaurants, and get a feel for the nightlife scene. Your included day trip takes you to Lake Bled, where you'll see the emerald-green water, the church on an islet, the medieval castle, and the Julian Alps surrounding everything.

Zagreb
Your stop in Zagreb is brief, but you'll get a sense of how tradition and modernity coexist there. Street markets sit next to chic restaurants, and the nightlife is lively throughout the city. Since the stay is short and there's no official included activity, an extra outdoor activity has been added in Plitvice to make better use of the natural scenery in the region.

Plitvice
You'll arrive in Plitvice, a natural area in the heart of Croatia with incredible landscapes. The main draw here is exploring Plitvice National Park, where you'll walk past cascading lakes, lush forests, and waterfalls with fish swimming through the clear waters. An additional outdoor activity is being finalized to help you make the most of this untouched area.

Split
You'll get to Split, Croatia's second city, located between the Adriatic Sea and mountains. The city has two UNESCO World Heritage sites, a marble waterfront walkway, and a buzzing bar and pub scene. Your included day trip heads to Krka National Park to see the blue waterfalls and rivers full of colorful fish. On your last evening, head to the beach to watch the sunset over your time in Croatia.

Departure from Split
Today marks the end of your trip, and it's time to head your separate ways after the past few weeks. There are no activities scheduled. You can leave Split whenever it works for you, just make sure to check out of the hostel by mid-morning.
