Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi
You'll be picked up at the airport and driven to your hotel in Delhi. Once you've settled into your room, spend the rest of the day checking out the city's main sights. The Red Fort is a massive walled complex that gives you a real sense of Mughal architecture and history. From there, head to Jama Masjid, one of India's largest mosques with its striking red sandstone construction. Later, make your way to Qutub Minar, a towering minaret that stands about 240 feet high and shows off different periods of Delhi's past. By evening, you'll have covered the essential Delhi highlights.

- Day 2
Delhi to Agra
After grabbing breakfast at your hotel, you'll travel to Agra, which takes about 3-4 hours by car. Once there, head straight to the Taj Mahal, and yes, it's genuinely impressive in person. Spend time walking around the grounds and taking in the white marble structure and its intricate details. Then check out Agra Fort, located across the river and also a UNESCO site. Both places give you a strong sense of Mughal imperial power and craftsmanship from centuries back.

- Day 3
Agra to Ranthambore
Early in the morning, you'll drive to Ranthambore National Park, which takes roughly 5-6 hours from Agra. Check into your hotel and get comfortable in your accommodation. This day is pretty relaxed overall, letting you acclimate to the park setting. Later in the afternoon or evening, take a walk around the local area near your hotel to get a feel for the surroundings and chat with staff about what you might see during safari drives.

- Day 4
Ranthambore
You'll head out early on a shared jeep safari through Ranthambore, which covers around 40 square kilometers of protected forest. The main reason most people come here is tiger spotting, though your actual sightings depend on the season and luck. During your drive, you might also see leopards, hyenas, sloth bears, various deer species, and lots of different birds. The morning safari usually lasts 3-4 hours, and if there's an evening drive option, that's another 2-3 hours of exploring different zones of the park.

Ranthambore to Jaipur
After breakfast, you'll drive from Ranthambore to Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and known locally as the pink city because of the terracotta-colored buildings throughout. The drive takes about 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Check in at your hotel and then spend some time wandering the nearby streets and local shops to get oriented. This gives you a chance to grab lunch, freshen up, and start getting a feel for Jaipur's rhythm before your sightseeing tomorrow.

Jaipur
Spend your day hitting Jaipur's major attractions starting with the City Palace, a blend of Rajasthani and Mughal design that's still partially a royal residence. Head over to Amber Fort next, perched on a hilltop overlooking the city, and you'll either drive or take an elephant ride up (depending on what your tour includes). Then make your way to Hawa Mahal, the famous structure with its honeycomb-like windows. After checking out these monuments, spend time in the bazaars and markets like Johari Bazaar and Bapu Bazaar. You'll find textiles, jewelry, handicrafts, and traditional items, and the energy and crowds really give you a sense of how bustling the pink city is.

Jaipur to Delhi
After breakfast, you'll travel back to Delhi, which takes about 5-6 hours by car depending on road conditions. Once you arrive at your hotel, you have some flexibility with your time. If your flight isn't until evening, you could do a bit more exploring around Delhi, visit a museum, or just relax at your hotel. Some people use this time to do last-minute shopping or grab lunch at a favorite spot they found earlier in the trip before heading to the airport for departure.
