Luang Prabang
You'll arrive at Luang Prabang airport and head straight into exploring this World Heritage city. Start by checking out the National Museum, then walk through impressive temples including Wat Visoun, Wat Mai, and Wat Xieng Thong. Later, climb Phousi Mountain to reach the golden stupa and take in sunset views over the Mekong River from up there. By evening, browse the Night Market where locals sell crafts and textiles.

Luang Prabang to Hanoi
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and fly to Hanoi. Once you arrive, meet your guide and head to your hotel to drop your bags. You'll have free time afterward to walk around the Hanoi Old Quarter at your own pace and get a feel for the neighborhood.

- Day 4
Hanoi
Start with breakfast at your hotel, then tour Hanoi's major sites including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his former stilt house, One Pillar Pagoda, Tran Quoc Pagoda, and the Temple of Literature. After lunch, head to the Museum of Ethnology to learn about Vietnam's 54 ethnic groups. Later, walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, visit Ngoc Son Temple, and take a rickshaw through the Ancient Quarter with its shops selling antiques and local goods.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
Your guide picks you up early morning from the Hanoi Old Quarter hotel. After a 20-minute break halfway through, you'll reach Tuan Chau Harbor around noon. Board the Sunlight Legend cruise and get a welcome drink and safety briefing. Enjoy lunch while cruising through Halong Bay past fascinating rock formations. Visit Sung Sot Cave, then swim and relax at Titop Island with its viewpoint. Back on the cruise, watch the sunset with cocktails, then join a spring roll cooking class and dinner overlooking the bay. Halong Bay to Hanoi
Wake up early to enjoy the morning on deck, then have breakfast. Cruise to Bo Hon Island and visit Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak. After checking out, cruise back through the bay with lunch served during the journey to Tuan Chau Harbor. Say goodbye to the crew and board the bus back to Hanoi, arriving at your Old Quarter hotel by late afternoon.

Hoi An to Hue
After breakfast, you'll have free time until your coach transfer over the spectacular Pass of Ocean Clouds to Hue, the former imperial capital ruled by the Nguyen Dynasty from 1802 to 1945. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel and explore its World Heritage sites including the Flag Tower, South Door, Edict Pavilion, Supreme Harmony Palace, and the Forbidden Purple City.

- Day 9
Hue
After breakfast, take a boat cruise on the gentle Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda from 1601. Continue to Thuy Bieu village, known for growing Thanh Tra fruit. Walk and bike around, visit traditional garden houses, an old communal house and ancestral temples while talking with locals. Stop at an incense-making family to learn about their daily routines. At Thuy Bieu restaurant, relax with a foot soak in medicinal herb water and get a massage. Later, explore Emperor Minh Mang's tomb with its ponds and gardens showing harmony between architecture and nature.

Return to your hotel for breakfast and rest until 15:00 to escape the heat. In the afternoon, explore the mysterious Royal City Angkor Thom with its 54-tower Bayon temple featuring enigmatic stone faces.
