The transportation went smooth and organized and everything was well prepared. It was possible to store some of our luguage with Pasang and he even brought it back to our hotel in Kathmandu. Pasang arranged extra water bottles/filters and medicines for us and a map. We look back on our trip as an unforgettable experience and are happy that we went with a local guide. Our guide Lakpa arranged a place to sleep at the teahouses and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Our guide and porter was very friendly and warm, we felt really safe with them. They were very respectful and encouraging as well, frequently adjusting their pace/ the itinerary to suit us. The trek itself was amazing! Langtang is the place to go for views and culture without the crowd. Price of the tour per pax was very reasonable considering the kind of service we got - transportation, accommodation and meals all of reasonable quality. Trip date: December 2018 - Chandan· August 6th, 2018Langtang is among the most beautiful valleys I have ever visited. I visited in July, which is not the ideal season to visit. However, I still got to see some spectacular views early in the morning and on certain days when it did not rain much. Not far from Kathmandu, the trek still offers you a world of its own, far rom the hustle and bustle of the city. The trek itself is quite doable, ever for a first time trekker like me with average fitness level. Nima Sherpa from Mount Adventure Holidays was a great guide. He ensure everything was taken care of end to end. I visited in July, when the road conditions aren't the best. So, I had a bumpy ride from Kathmandu to Syabrubensi. This is expected.
