Once you have comprehensive insurance coverage, you don't need to worry about emergencies that can happen anytime, anywhere, before or during your travels. Insurance can cover the cost of your airfare, as well as your tour(s) in the case of unforeseen cancellation. It ensures that you do not have to worry about any unplanned changes to your travel plans, such as having to rush home to an ill family member or having a tour changed or cancelled because of a natural disaster. It can even help with smaller things - like lost luggage or stolen cameras etc.

    Do locals pay with phone apps for almost everything in China and if so would tourists be able to use them?

  • Payment information
    • For any tour departing before October 6th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after October 6th, 2025, a minimum payment of 10% is required to confirm your booking with TravelChinaGuide. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 35 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
