Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll land at Kathmandu airport where someone from Holidays At will be waiting to pick you up and take you to your hotel. After checking in, the rest of your day is free to settle in and rest up from your flight.
- Day 2
Kathmandu
Following breakfast, you'll spend the full day on a guided tour through Kathmandu valley. The itinerary includes Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square, and Patan Durbar Square. Later in the evening you'll watch the Aarti ceremony at Pashupatinath Temple, then wander through local streets and markets to try some street food.

Kathmandu to Nuwakot
After breakfast you'll check out and drive to Nuwakot. Once you arrive and settle into your hotel, a guide will take you on a walking tour of the village. You'll see historic temples, a fortress, and walk through the surrounding countryside. The afternoon and evening are yours to relax.

Nuwakot to Bandipur
You'll head out after breakfast toward Bandipur, stopping along the way to visit old temples, shrines, holy caves, and see examples of Newari architecture. After checking into your hotel, you'll take a guided walking tour through the village and Bandipur Bazaar, ending with sunset views. Your evening is free.

Bandipur to Pokhara
Breakfast comes first, then you'll check out and drive to Pokhara. After checking in to your hotel, you'll explore the new market and Tibetan Camp. If there's time, you can visit Devi Fall and Gupteshwar Cave before having the rest of the day to yourself.

Pokhara
Start early and head to Sarangkot to watch the sunrise with views of the Annapurna range, Machhapuchhare, Himchuli, and Manaslu. You'll return to the hotel for breakfast and some downtime. Later you'll do a sightseeing tour hitting Phewa Lake, Begnas Lake, Mahendra Cave, Seti River Gorge, Barahi Temple, Mountain Museum, and World Peace Pagoda. The rest of the day is relaxed.

After breakfast you'll check out and drive to Lumbini. Once settled at your hotel, you'll tour Lumbini, birthplace of Lord Buddha, visiting the Mayadevi Temple, Ashoka Pillars, and various international monasteries. Your evening is free to do as you like.

Lumbini to Chitwan
Following breakfast you'll check out and drive to Chitwan. After checking in, you'll visit Tharu Village to learn about the local Tharu people and their way of life. In the evening you'll watch traditional Tharu Cultural Dance Performances.

Landmarks/POIs Tharu Village - Day 9
Chitwan
Start early with a canoe ride on the Rapti River where crocodiles might appear, then visit the Elephant Breeding Centre. Back at the hotel you'll have breakfast and free time. After lunch you'll ride on an elephant through the jungle, possibly spotting one-horned rhinos, deer, monkeys, wild boar, bison, sloth bear, leopard, or even Bengal tigers. Guides will point out birds, plants, and other wildlife. You'll head back to the hotel in the evening.

You'll check out after breakfast and drive toward Nagarkot. On the way you'll visit the Manakamana Temple. Once you reach Nagarkot and check in, the rest of your day is yours to spend however you want.

Nagarkot to Kathmandu
An early pickup gets you to a viewpoint for sunrise over the Himalayas and Kathmandu valley. You'll return to the hotel for breakfast and leisure time. After checking out, you'll drive toward Kathmandu but first stop in Bhaktapur to see the Lion Gate, Gallery, Golden Gate, and Palace of 55 Windows. Then you'll continue to Kathmandu with the rest of your day free.
