Our guide, Ravi was brilliant, passionate and energetic. He made every day a fun day and was clearly passionate about his native home and he openly shared his knowledge and culture with our group. He went above and beyond to ensure the group was comfortable and taken care of. Another guest and I had to rearrange last minute departure transfer to the airport and we emailed our respective reps from our home countries and were told it would be at an additional cost. When we spoke with Ravi, he was able to arrange transport for us at no additional cost which we were very thankful for! The itinerary includes Kathmandu, Chitwan National Park and Pokhara and every day was filled with interesting activities. There was a good mix of seeing temples, nature and city sights and the accommodations were clean and very acceptable. Felt very safe throughout the entire tour and in every city we went to. In addition to Ravi, our driver Tanka was absolutely brilliant and was always helpful and smiling whenever he picked us up. The 19th of May departure is a guaranteed departure. For a group of three people, this would be over 2 rooms, at USD $1,605 per person for the double room, and USD $2,075 for the traveller in the single occupancy room for departures leaving in May 2023.

Nepal is generally considered a year round destination, but for the driest weather you'll want to visit between October - April when the skies tend to be clear during this time, meaning views of the Himalayas are at their most spectacular. The Highlights of Nepal - 9 days tour is a group departure with set up departure dates. The closest date is 20th May and the next available 23rd September. We don't have any group departure prior 20th May. If you would like to travel in April the only option will be to do a private tour.
