Buenos Aires
Your Antarctic adventure kicks off in Buenos Aires with an overnight stay at a hotel. This gives you a chance to settle in and adjust to the time zone before heading south.

Buenos Aires to Ushuaia
After breakfast, you'll transfer to the airport for a private charter flight to Ushuaia. Once you arrive, there's time to walk around this port town and get a feel for the area before boarding your ship in the late afternoon. The voyage down the historic Beagle Channel toward Antarctica begins.

At Sea
You're at sea for the day with access to the ship's library, bar, and deck areas. The Expedition Team runs presentations covering what you'll see during Zodiac cruises and shore landings, so you'll know what to expect when you get there.

Falkland Islands
Zodiac excursions take you to the Falkland Islands' two main islands with daily landings. Port Stanley, a British settlement, has pubs, churches, and museums to explore. You'll spot at least three penguin species and two endemic birds (Cobb's wren and the flightless Steamer duck) while expedition specialists explain the local ecology.

En route to South Georgia
You're heading toward South Georgia, crossing the Antarctic Convergence where ocean currents meet. This biological boundary creates conditions that attract huge numbers of krill and marine life, drawing Humpback whales and other large cetaceans to the area.

South Georgia
South Georgia's islands and landings reveal whaling and sealing history, including Sir Ernest Shackleton's grave at Grytviken settlement and an old whaling station. You'll see massive King penguin rookeries, Fur seals, and Elephant seals. This region offers different wonders at each landing with grasses, mountains, and beaches that support diverse wildlife.

En route to Antarctica
While sailing toward Antarctica, you can spend quiet time on deck or attend presentations from the Expedition Team. Topics include Antarctic history, geology, and how to identify different penguin and seal species you're about to encounter.

Antarctica arrives with its extremes, from complete silence to the playful behavior of curious penguins. You'll do glacier hikes, visit research bases, and encounter seals and penguins. Zodiac cruises offer chances to see Leopard seals and Minke whales, with new wildlife and photo moments at each landing.

Antarctic Circle
You cross the Antarctic Circle, an achievement reached by few expeditions. There's champagne to celebrate, and you'll experience raw Antarctica with the midnight sun and dramatic iceberg formations all around.

Antarctic Peninsula Return
Moving north along the western Antarctic Peninsula, you get twice-daily Zodiac landings. The Expedition Team searches for any penguin, seal, or whale species you might have missed earlier, so you'll maximize your wildlife encounters before heading home.

Drake Passage Crossing
The journey home starts as you cross the Drake Passage, your unofficial rite of passage to complete this Antarctic adventure. More than a dozen days of wildlife encounters and memories wrap up as you head north.

Ushuaia to Buenos Aires
You arrive in Ushuaia in the morning after breakfast. From there, you'll explore Tierra del Fuego National Park to see Patagonia before transferring to the airport for the return charter flight to Buenos Aires.
