What people love about touring Southern Ireland solo
- 8-Day Emerald Explorer Small Group Tour
Guide was well Informed and flexible with the group, while staying on track with our schedule. Great sense of humor!
- 7-Day Ireland to Island Small Group Tour of Ireland
One of the most enjoyable trips and memorable experiences of my life!! I went on this adventure tour after returning to Ireland after more than a decade abroad and wanted to rediscover the country. I would 100% recommend, our tour guide Pat was funny, friendly, extremely attentive to everybody's needs and incredibly knowledgeable of Ireland's history, culture, geology, you name it! The other guests were lovely and we had so much fun all together. One of the highlights was Skellig Michael where we climbed the steps and learnt about how the monks lived hundreds of years ago, but also about how they shot Star Wars :) The transport and accomodation was seamless, and we really enjoyed getting top tips for music in pubs and other craic! Thank you Overland Ireland again!
- 6-Day Magical Southern Explorer Small Group Tour
What an amazing time we had. Our tour guide Ciaran Maguire was very knowledgeable in providing historical backdrops which contextualized what we were seeing and experiencing on the excursions. In addition, the flow of the tour was not rushed but provided a relaxed pace. Our 11-person group was very pleasant and we all got along fantastically. The various hotels were excellent and had their own personalities which made for a nice variety of overnight stay.
