    We didn't receive an email regarding the details of the tour. Of example, when we got of the airport, we didn't know what airlines.

    Dear Mr. Klemm, We'd like to inform you that all of the reservation vouchers, and electronic flight tickets are sent to our customers a minimum of 7 days before the tour. Additionally, we send detailed itineraries including date, timing, flight, sightseeing, inclusion, exclusion, etc. details that are prepared specially by us, for our customers to follow their schedule easily. When we checked our records, all of these documents had been provided to you through TourRadar on March 05 at 01:05 - which was 8 days before your tour start date! You may also confirm this with the TourRadar team. We think you simply didn't realize the email/message, unfortunately. In that sense, we don't think that we deserve these words as a "review".
