We will not comment publicly on your imprecise accounting of the facts, or your circumstances. You did receive some extremely positive outcomes from our services which were not shared in your review. Sorry to hear you were disappointed Sharon. Just a follow-up points to your feedback. -We do not do name tags. Our company philosophy is to be a traveler and not a tourist. In addition, that follows our sustainable travel policy to cut back on unnecessary waste. Nor do we feel our guests should be a walking advertisement for the company and be a target in places unfamiliar to them. -Our Tour Directors are not local guides. They are there to assist with logistics of the tour. That is why we have locals guides for the included activities. We are thrilled you found them informative. -The tour for the city of Boston was to meet in the lobby. That is where the driver met you. -Going over the next day is done the night prior. That is standard practice on every tour with any company. -The hotels were literally listed in your trip dossier. The front reception at a hotel is not informed of a group block of rooms. The Bostonian was shelved as they raised our rate over 100% at the last minute. Our order of luggage tags were delayed and we apologize they were not available on this trip. We fail to see where there was any lack of organization. Nothing along those lines were pointed out in your feedback here.
