Our ground crew may make such changes to ensure safety and provide the best possible experience, though we regret if this was not communicated clearly. Regarding the hotel standards, we will also follow up with our accommodation partners. Our packages typically include 3 and 4-star hotels, such as the Adhi Jaya Hotel in Denpasar, and Best Western Premier in Ubud, and we will review this with the vendor to ensure they meet expectations.
