While such circumstances are unfortunate and unavoidable, we processed your refund fairly and transparently. Before proceeding with the refund, we did offer several alternative tour options in an effort to ensure you could still enjoy your remaining time in Bali. However, we fully respected your decision, and the refund was then arranged accordingly.
