As outlined in our Terms & Conditions agreed upon before booking (specifically Clause 5), refunds for missed services due to force majeure events — such as weather, safety, or other factors beyond our control — are handled based on the actual cost of the activities missed. While such circumstances are unfortunate and unavoidable, we processed your refund fairly and transparently. Before proceeding with the refund, we did offer several alternative tour options in an effort to ensure you could still enjoy your remaining time in Bali. However, we fully respected your decision, and the refund was then arranged accordingly. We understand that policies and practices may differ from one region to another, and we regret if our explanation did not fully meet your expectations at the time.
