Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear the tour didn’t fully meet your expectations. We understand the long bus journeys can be tiring. Iceland’s distances are sometimes unavoidable, but we aim to make the routes as enjoyable and meaningful as possible. We’ll review how we communicate Day 7 in the brochure, as we understand it may have caused confusion. Your suggestion about including the Blue Lagoon or Sky Lagoon is appreciated — it’s something we have actually been discussing for future version of the tour. We also regret the park visit didn’t feel relevant; our guides sometimes include stops based on group interest, though we understand this didn’t land well for you. Thank you again for helping us improve, and we hope you still took away some great memories from Iceland.
