Regarding the hotel placement on Day 2, sometimes in high season availability can be limited, and while we do our best to secure hotels as close as possible to the suggested route, it may occasionally mean a bit of backtracking. Your comment about the lack of parking signage at Dettifoss is also very valuable. We’ll be sure to highlight this more clearly in our notes so travellers know what to expect.
