We are sorry to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations and hope that, in general, you were still able to enjoy the beauty and culture of the Balkans during the beginning of your journey. As soon as you informed us that you were not satisfied with the electric vehicle, we immediately replaced it with another car to ensure your comfort. We have been using environmentally friendly electric vehicles on this same itinerary for over two years, and they have consistently performed well. Their use is part of our long-term commitment to sustainability. We understand, however, that preferences vary, and we can always tailor our tours in advance based on guests’ needs — including vehicle type. Regarding travel times, during the high season roads and border crossings can be busy, which unfortunately can result in longer hours in the car. This is something we work to manage as best as possible, but some delays are beyond our control. Additionally, the entire Balkan region has been experiencing extreme heat recently, which might have contributed to the overall travel experience. We would also like to mention that our staff and guide did their utmost to assist you throughout the trip despite facing disrespectful and raised-voice interactions from your side. We take pride in treating all guests with courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return. Despite these challenges, our team remained committed to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable experience, supported by one of our most experienced guides.
