      Tonle Sap Lake to Phnom Penh

      Take an early morning boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake to explore the floating villages. Water levels change a lot between seasons. During dry months from November to April boats might not reach all areas. The bus ride to Phnom Penh takes 6-7 hours. Pick seats on the right side for the best views of the Mekong. You'll have time for an evening walk by the river near the Royal Palace.

      Phnom Penh
