The views and wildlife of Manaslu region speak for themselves. We really had fun time exploring the deep himalayas despite it's physical and mental challanges. It really helped us push our body and mind to new limits and refreshed our minds. Indulging into the untouched wilderness on Manaslu region was truely an himalayan experience. The combination of nature, people and experience of our guide made our trip very fruitful. From the beginning to the end of the trip, everything was perfectly planned and organized by our agency. What Permits Will You Need?
You'll need three main permits for this trek - the Manaslu Conservation Area Permit MCAP Annapurna Conservation Area Permit ACAP and your TIMS card. These help manage trekking in the region and keep everyone safe. Getting them is pretty straightforward through the Nepal Tourism Board in Kathmandu or your trekking agency just remember to bring 3 passport photos and your travel insurance paperwork.
How Many Days Should You Plan For?
Most trekkers take about 14 to 16 days to complete the circuit including some really important acclimatization days. If you're short on time there's this faster 10-day option called the Rapid Manaslu Circuit Trek but remember giving yourself time to adjust to the altitude is super important. You'll need at least one other person to join you since the minimum group size is two.
