We (my girlfriend and I) recently took a 4-day desert tour in Morocco with our driver, Mahmoud Leghmami, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we met, Mahmoud made us feel welcome and comfortable. He wasn’t just a great driver; his extensive knowledge added so much depth to our trip. He guided us from Marrakesh to Merzouga, passing through the stunning Dadès Valley, and on the return journey, we explored Ouarzazate. Along the way, Mahmoud showed us breathtaking landscapes and hidden gems we never would have discovered on our own. Mahmoud wasn’t only a driver, he was also a fantastic entertainer. He played traditional Moroccan instruments during the trip, which made the experience even more special. He shared fascinating stories and insights into Moroccan culture and history, turning the tour into a true cultural exchange rather than just a simple excursion. Beyond his knowledge and friendliness, Mahmoud was a safe and reliable driver. He handled the winding roads effortlessly and always ensured we reached our destinations on time and safely. It was truly amazing. We enjoyed the flexibility of not having to rent a car and drive ourselves, the pace was nice and while spending one night at the luxury camp of Erb Chebbi in the Merzouga dunes was the highlight, we also saw many other cultural and natural landmarks on the way to the desert and back to Marrakech. I highly recommend this tour and would use their services again!
